Start of session - Chakra Alignment

I always like to start a healings with a 'Chakra Alignment', to make sure all the Chakra's are activated & in return allowing the channelled healing energy to flow freely through your body.

End of session - surrounding you in healing energy

At the end of your session I will wrap you in a Rose Quartz Healing Energy Blanket a bit like a healing band aid, with the intent your healing will continue beyond this session.
