Ingredients
1/2 cup Plain Flour
1/2 cup Self Raising Flour
1 small egg
1 cup milk
Sift flour into a bowl. Add the lightly beaten egg & milk. Beat until smooth. Cover the bowl & allow to stand for 1 hour. Use as required for savoury or sweet fritters.
When you at the point you can no longer look at having another Christmas delight…. another slice of ham, Christmas Pudding; or cake there are ways you can turn them into something more palatable or to eat at a later date...
